Claude Levesque

Claude Lévesque holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and International Politics from the University of Ottawa and Law degrees (Common and Civil Law) from McGill University.

Me Levesque is currently Managing partner of Levesque Jurisconsult. His law practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate law, intellectual property and corporate law.

With close to 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, he represents small to medium sized businesses in all jurisdictions within Québec, including the Quebec Court of Appeal.

During his legal studies, Me Lévesque was a research assistant for various professors within the Faculty of Law of McGill University and contributed to the publication of academic papers on procedural law and international law.

In addition to his professional activities, Claude Lévesque sits on the Board of Directors of various charitable organizations in both Quebec and Ontario.
